Minimum Two Years sentence for Failure to Stop after an accident

What the petition asks

Due to the increase in so called Hit and Run accidents there needs to be a Deterrent for NOT stopping, seeing this is becoming the Norm and people in some cases left Dying or Severely Injured this Practice must be reduced or stopped, we need to stop this practice and save lives.
