What the petition asks
On the heels of the current Covid19 crisis the UK must become more resilient. The government must reverse the decision to deploy Huawei equipment and lay the ground for the rapid development of our own 5G solution based on on tech developed in the UK and from trusted partners.
The Corona Virus crisis has laid bare the flaws in outsourcing key strategic technologies, industries and supply to regimes that do not share the same values.
As a Nation we are particularly exposed to China and we need to put an end to this before it puts an end to our hard won freedoms and our democracy.
