See if we can delay one of the April Bank Holidays to August when we might be able to go out.

People will have something to look forward to when we can go out. Many of us are WFH so wont be able to do much in April anyway.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
