People who are not allowed to work due to immigration reasons and don't get any benefits must be provided some relieve packages.

Because they were supported by other people and relatives but these hard times making it harder for them to help.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
