What the petition asks
The starting salary of a newly qualified nurse starts at 24.907. They are the frontline workers in the coronavirus crisis, putting their health and life at risk for their patients, overworked and never complaining. For all that, In most cases, they are still paid less than some unskilled Workers.
Increase nurses salaries to start from £35.000 per annum
Why it was rejected
