What the petition asks
Parliament, the public and an independent panel should chair an inquiry into the PM's actions on COVID-19 and whether they were/are sufficient.
If they were not, the panel should decide on the capability for the Prime Minister to remain in public office.

To hold the cabinet and PM to account, ensuring that the safety of citizens in the UK has been appropriate and whether the government could have done more / could be doing more.
