Allow next of kin of dying Covid-19 patients to be present bedside wearing PPE

To ensure direct relatives, a minimum of 1, is in attendance at the bedside of a dying relative with protective PPE. It is unhuman into to have this as a minimum, both to the person dying and their next of kin, who in several cases will no doubt suffer psychological trauma as a result.

Decisions about visitors at hospitals or care homes are a matter for individual NHS trusts and care homes, not the Government or House of Commons.
