What the petition asks
Award the NHS the George Cross for bravery in the face or great danger.
I wish the country to award the highest honour to the whole organisation of the NHS and everyone who works in any part of it. There are precedents in this that the island of Malta was awarded it in ww2 and the RUC has also been awarded it
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
