Evidence from painted chamber committee's of the 1640 Long parliament under Saye, Warwick, Bedford, Essex & Brooke prove basis why the 1688 Bill of Rights, Right to petition was enacted. To protect citizens from criminal court jurisdiction, when citizens are using policing provisions of law to investigate judges, lords, chief constables and ministers by affidavit in petition form. Where corruption, bad customs and practices are evident. We have the same Privilege of Jurisdiction as Lords & MPs
