What the petition asks

Put all cat d prisoners on house arrest who have children at home with only one adult in the house hold who have no help if the virus hits the house hold

I'm in a position where if I get the virus I have have no one to help with my 4 children as my mums a frontline nhs worker in contact with patients with covid 19 and the rest of family are high risk so are isolating they will be many in the same position single parents with partners in cat d prisons even if they are on home arrest till it's all over and then return back to the prison at this very distressing time I'm asking for your help please
