What the petition asks
People who are living in the UK Without Leave to Remain or have been Overstayed for Past 9 Years with CLEAN Criminal Record should be granted an Urgent Amnesty Scheme. Logically and fairly, in this kind of unprecedented time, the Governments’ policies should be equally applicable to all the society.
This is the time of National Emergency and Health Crisis and Government is asking people to stay at home to protect the NHS and save the lives.
Being at home, it’s extremely hard for people without leave to remain/ overstayers to Survive. As they can’t get Financial Support or NHS Services, The UK Government should arrange an amnesty and giving them right to live legally so they can support theirselves and survive in this Coronavirus Pandemic.
