What the petition asks
Ignoring/flouting the Covid 19 lockdown rules should carry a £1000 fine and custodial sentence.
Deal with it as you did with the issue of spitting at someone which can now result in a prison sentence. Non compliance to the rules should be dealt with in the same way.

Matt Hancock spoke of the possible need for a total lockdown removing the once a day exercise period if too many people ignored or flouted the rule.
It would be totally wrong for the majority to be punished due to the actions of this minority.
These people need to be dealt with. The government needs to stop the excuses now that some are unaware of the rules. This is a global pandemic, 1,000's of people have and will die. There is no viable excuse now not to know.
