Give Royal assent to the national health service.

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

Seriously consider the quality and dedication the service gives
As has been shown by vast numbers of the public, in these unpresidented times, the true value of the NHS has to be recognised.
As it is not possible to thank each individual, renaming it would allow ALL NHS staff to know that they played a part. When historians look back they will find how the selfless dedication shown was responsible for the name change.

Why it was rejected

It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.

Petitions need to call on the Government or Parliament to take a specific action.

We're not sure exactly what you mean by "give Royal assent" to the national health service". Royal Assent is the term use when the Queen aproves a Bill after it has been considered by Parliament.

You could start a new petition explaining clearly what you would like the Government or Parliament to do.
