Public Holiday-NHS Thank You Day. the nearest Monday to the end of the pandemic

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

I am not yet old enough to vote but that doesn't mean that I can not try to make a positive impact. After talking to my dad, I realized that the NHS doesn't get enough recognition for everything they do.
This pandemic has impacted all ages and we all need a way to publically say thank you to all they have done. I believe the NHS deserves a National Thank You Day that can be celebrated for many years to come. So many people have put themselves in harm's way to save lives. This pandemic will be a story I will go on to tell my children and grandchildren due to the impact it has had on so many people's lives. If you want to say thank you, please sign. #NHSThankYouDay
