To use the empty plinth in Trafalgar Square for a statue of a group of NHS workers or a nurse & doctor for their efforts during this national crisis

Decisions about what is displayed on Trafalgar Square is a matter for the Mayor of London and London Assembly, not the Government or House of Commons.
