Commission an inspiring memorial to Covid 19 front line workers for the Trafalgar Square 4th plinth
To show appreciation for the thousands of people risking their lives to protect others in a time of need.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions about what is displayed on Trafalgar Square is a matter for the Mayor of London and London Assembly, not the Government or House of Commons.
