Oblige airlines to respect a consumer right to refund

What the petition asks
Defend consumer rights
Make airlines refund customers and rule imposing vouchers as the only choice as illegall.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Arrangements for refunding, changing or rebooking travel are a civil matter between individual travellers and airlines or travel agents, not the Government or Parliament.
