Make Covid19 Non Compliance Fines min £10,000 & use to fund NHS/Key Worker PPE

What the petition asks
New higher level fines minimum of £10,000 charged to people flouting Corona/Covid-19 rules & fines to be paid into a NHS & Priority Key Workers fund to be drawn on to fund PPE costs, to which the general public should also be able to donate.
The current fines for Corona/Covid-19 non-compliance are too low and not enough of a deterrent, Spain and Italy have imposed similar higher fines and this money could be used to pay for PPE, which is in short supply to key workers at the moment. The general public should also be able to contribute to this PPE fund, to assist in funding the huge demand for PPE for our front line workers.
