What the petition asks
Captain Tom Moore has raised as this is written £9 Million for the NHS during the Corona Virus outbreak...this is incredible and deserves to be recognized
Mr Moore began raising funds to thank the "magnificent" NHS staff who helped him with treatment for cancer and a broken hip.
With the aid of a walking frame, he hoped to walk 100 laps of the 25-metre (82ft) loop in his garden in Marston Moretaine, in 10-lap chunks, before his 100th birthday. This incredible man has raised over £9 million as of writing this...and is sure to go much higher...He should be recognized for his efforts and a Knighthood would be perfect a perfect honour for him.
