I would like parliament to petition Her majesty the Queen to award Capt Tom Moore (Retd) either a KBE or a GBE

This gentleman who is 99 years old as of today 16/04/2020 has raised almost 12 million pounds for the NHS

It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
