Name the next NHS hospital 'The Captain Tom Moore'

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

In 2019, the Government announced its hospital building programme.

We believe that, in light of Captain Tom Moore's astonishing 100th Birthday Walk for the NHS, the next hospital to be built should be named in his honour. The very least we can do for a man that to date has raised almost £12.5m.
The Government state that, 'the plan’s new, strategic approach will ensure the health service will have world-class facilities for patients and staff for the long term'.

Captain Tom's actions have gone a long way to support this and the many NHS staff currently on the front line, putting themselves at risk for us. He is a hero who has raised millions for our heroes.
