Recognise all Front line workers that have been fighting the COVID-19 pandemic

Have the names of the fallen etched within the walls of the National Arboretum or on a bespoke monument, hold an annual act of remembrance on the initial day of the outbreak in UK and recognise those that have done acts of valour or have had gone above and beyond the call of duty.
