What the petition asks
Promote a national/international competition to design an appropriate memorial piece of artwork to highlight the sacrifices made by the NHS staff who gave their lives in the course of their duties, to be sited in the national memorial arboretum.
The bravery and sacrifices made by these people, is equal to the bravery and sacrifices made by members of our armed forces and as such, should be remembered with equal humility, dignity and respect.
