Allow pubs to deliver alcohol

What the petition asks
The government should amend on-premises alcohol licenses to permit pubs to deliver alcohol for the duration of the coronavirus crisis.
There are 36K pubs in the UK. Pubs are not permitted to deliver alcohol if they have a premise license only. But alcohol is their main source of revenue, and they need income now.
There's also a lot of cask ale which is going out of date. We're not sure how much, but 36,000 pubs will all have several kegs which are going out of date.
These businesses can work, and customers want to support them. Save pubs, get alcohol delivered.
