Ban the sale and use of naked flame sky-lanterns

Naked flame sky-lanterns are uncontrollable, will ultimately land in a non-determined location, which would pose a risk of fire or harm to personal, animal or physical property.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.

For the sake of wildlife & forests ban the release of balloons and sky lanterns.
