Provide full sick pay for all nhs and private nursing and care staff

Provide full sick pay equal to their normal pay for all nursing and care staff both in the nhs and private nursing and care homes, these workers are the only ones who are not receiving any financial support, if they go off sick many will only receive statutory sick pay.
