Award special medals to those serving in the pandemic's Intensive Care Units.

Special medals holding the equivalent status of the Victoria Cross or George Cross be awarded to those who have served as carers in Intensive Care units duringthe pandemic for acts of the greatest heroism and most conspicuous courage in circumstances of extreme danger.
