Close non-essential The Range Stores during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Rejected 13 signatures

What the petition asks

Temporarily close all The Range stores during lockdown and the Covid-19 pandemic like other non-essential stores have had to.
To help save lives, and protect the public health, stopping people going out for non-essential goods during the lockdown shopping at the range and mixing, putting staff and the public at risk in these stores, other business have had to close stores and I don’t see why this excludes the range.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The Government isn't responsible for closing indiviudal named retailers.

If you'd like to see a change to the types of businesses that are allowed to open during the lockdown, you could start or sign a petition calling for that to happen, such as this one:

Close all non essential online stores/warehouses
