Lower the Abortion Limit to 12 Weeks

What the petition asks
Lower the current abortion limit from 24 weeks down to 12 unless in cases of rape, in the gravest threat to the mother's life and severe deformities in the baby.
Currently a baby in the mother's womb can be aborted up to 24 weeks and some babies can survive outside the womb at 21 weeks.
