Those exercising and breathing heavily in public must wear a mask during covid19
Rejected

What the petition asks
During the Covid-19 pandemic those people who want to exercise in public spaces must wear a mask to contain their breathe so as not to potentially infect other people and to demonstrate respect for their fellow citizens.
If someone with Covid-19 is huffing and puffing freely then their breathe can travel much further than the 2 metre recommended distancing and so could potentially infect many people when out for a jog or cycling past other members of the public out for a gentle stroll.
