Prevent Billionaires from the use of Covid-19 monetary schemes before an audit

We need to prevent the abuse of the Covid-19 monetary scheme by those who is was not designed for. Any international company with revenue in the multi-millions/billions should have an audit to see if they should have access to the monetary scheme.

We understand that you want the Government to restrict who Covid-19 support is made avaialble to, but it's not clear how you want this to happen, and under what conditions businesses would or would not be entitled to support.
