COVID-19 Stress Free - Play music from your balcony, front/back garden 4pm-6pm

What the petition asks
The COVID-19 Stress Free Music is a free entertainment, where armatures or professional Disk Jockeys (DJs) can play music from their balcony, front or back garden for a maximum of two hours between 4pm - 6pm on Saturdays or Sundays. The DJ will play music of choice to entertain other neighbours.
With the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic, many people find themselves in lock down as advised by the government and guided by public health England. Music has always been seen as a key source of stress relief to many and escapism of the current challenges. the Government can ratify this proposal on a short term to encourage community cohesion amongst neighbours. People will stay in their homes, fully observing the social isolation guidelines but yet enjoy good music.
