What the petition asks
Please get rid of GCSEs for year 10s.
we are extremely stressed and overworked and we are close to mentally breaking down. The amount of work we are getting is making me want to die. In addition we have literally forgotten everything we have learnt during school and we don’t have any help anymore. Google doesn’t help because when we google a question it gives us some next up vocabulary and doesn’t really relate to what we are meant to be learning.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
Decisions about exams are a matter for exam boards, individual schools and Ofqual, and are not a matter for the UK Government or Parliament.
