Cancellation of at least three penalty points for Hgv drivers that have accumulated six or more points and so are unable to work. Cancellation of penalty points for minor endorsements.
As Hgv drivers are essential workers and many of them might have accumulated more than six penalty points for minor endorsements thus making them unable to work and unable to help the society with essential work such as transportation.
