What the petition asks

Allow small businesses who occupy serviced offices to access the same level of grants as small businesses who occupy individual offices and retail units.

Small businesses who occupy serviced offices still incur the same level of costs and business rates as businesses who occupy their own premises.
Serviced offices rates are built within their rent agreements therefore there is no differential between the two businesses.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
