To honorary promote Capt. Tim Moore (Retired) to Lt. Col. Tom Moore (Retired).
As a small gesture by the nation to Captain Tom Moore, how has embodied the Army Core Values (Courage, Discipline, Respect for others, Integrity, Loyalty & Selfless commitment) in his gargantuan feat of raising £28M for our NHS, Capt. Moore (Retired) should be honorary promoted to Lt. Col Moore (Retired).
This is the 2nd time in his 99 years that he has answered the call to defend the nation and with this in mind, this promotion should be grated as a small token of the nations appreciation.
