Provision of financial aid to international students: covid 19
Rejected
12 signatures
What the petition asks
I think the parliament should also take into consideration that the international students are also affected by Covid 19 and also needs financial aid because as a result of Covid 19 some of us have have been laid off from work, leaving us with no source of income as the whole world is on lockdown
Considering the fact that our classes have also been changed to online despite the huge amount of school fees international students pay to study (£12,000-£16000), it is only fair that a certain percentage of income is allocated to us until the crises is over
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
