What the petition asks

We want Foxlane to be recognised as essential and to remain open. Foxlane has provided independence, a work life balance, structure and routine to people with disabilities for 30 years. To close Foxlane would cause so much unnecessary disruption and upset to the lives of the workers.

We want Foxlane to remain open, it offers people with disabilities a chance to excersise their independence, it gives routine, structure and a work/life balance, a chance to build friendships, a chance to have a social life and to lead a fulfilling life. and to not reopen Foxlane after covid19 would cause so much unnecessary disruption and upset to workers, customers family and friends. Foxlane is so much more than a garden centre, Foxlane is a life line for adults with disabilities.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

The Government isn't responsible for making decisions about the opening of individual garden centres.
