Legalize the use of medical and recreational cannabis for anyone over 18 years
Rejected
19 signatures
What the petition asks
The government should create a market for the substance and turn around the whole stigma of smoking cannabis medicinally or recreationally, turn dealers into business owners, and in turn tax the market to put back into the British economy.
With the addition of the legalization legislation, any individual incarcerated for the consumption or supply of cannabis should be released and any criminal record stricken from their records and taken out of British law as a punishment or reprimand.
