What the petition asks
We would like you to enable pets to travel via boat or plane between the UK And Channel Islands during Covid19 lockdown.
For the simple reason many of us have purchased a animal and we are not able to take custody of it.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can't accept your petition because the UK Government aren't responsible for the issue you raise. Any remaining restrictions on animals entering the Channel Islands would be a matter for the Government of the island concerned.
