Publish the scientific advice used to inform government policy for COVID19

What the petition asks
We call upon the government to release all scientific and specialist advice that is being used to inform its response to COVID19 and to make it publicly available, both for Parliamentary scrutiny and for review by media outlets and the general public.
The government tells us that it is following “the scientific advice” on a daily basis. We submit that it is in the public’s best interest for this specialist advice and supporting data to be made fully available to the general public, especially considering that the UK’s response to COVID19 has differed from the successful approach taken in other countries that also followed scientific advice. The general public have the right to review the data behind decisions made to protect public safety.
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
