Reduce tax for single parent with no financial support

What the petition asks
Single parent families should be taxed on a household income of under £80,000 at basic rate tax and not 40%
Because children are suffering where the CMS have been unable to collect maintenance from absent parents leaving the parent with care who tries hard to get a good salary but it penalised at 40% which is unfair
