Base Grant on 2019-2020 returns for Self-Employed who started late in 2018-2019.

What the petition asks

My Husband & myself left our PAYE jobs to trade as Self-Employed Oct2018. We earn under 50k, have been 100% Self-Employed since. But due to starting late in the financial year (2018-2019) our PAYE earnings was more than 50% of our Self-Employed earnings, meaning we are not eligible for the grant.
We have XERO income. CAN'T claim UC, CAN'T claim sick pay, CAN'T be furloughed, & now we CAN'T claim for the grant in June. Covid-19 has lost us our earnings. WHAT DO WE DO TO PAY OUR BILLS?

Please base the grant on 2019-2020 figures to see our true earnings. Yes some may cheat the system, but most won't. Lots cheat the benefit system every day, but you don't stop giving to it to those in need. "WE NEED HELP TOO" We have and will continue to pay into the system. Please give us the Help too.
