To Open Professional Hairdressing Salons Earlier
Rejected
21 signatures
What the petition asks
Professional Hairdressing Salons are a public service that adhere to strict safety procedures. With additional PPE, including visors, masks, gloves, Screens & 2 metre distancing between each station, we are protected enough to carry out this service safely during this time.
By not opening salons sooner this will have catastrophic results as members of the public will turn to home hairdressing or invite hairdressers into their homes/gardens, posing significant risk to livelihoods. As well as being one of the safest public services, the hairdressing industry contributes Billions towards to the UK economy each year.
