Allow mobile caravans/static caravans to live in permanently on your own land without any restrictions, let people to choose to live a healthier life .

The acts that you can’t place a mobile caravan / static caravan on your own land to live in permanently isn’t a fair act of the government, many people wanna live other kind of live .
