Call for a vote of No Confidence in the current government

What the petition asks
We want parliament to call for a vote of No Confidence in the current government.
The response to the Covid-19 crisis has been arguably one of the worst in the whole world. Scientific evidence has been ignored repeatedly and it has put the general public in grave danger. We now have the highest deaths in the whole of Europe and the second highest in the world.
We need change and I do not believe the Conservatives (in their current form) are the correct party to handle this crisis. I ask the Conservatives in power to please support this, put your humanity before profit.

Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
We can't accept petitions about appointments, which includes calling for Ministers to be sacked or for a vote of no confidence.
If you're concerned about a particular policy or decision that's the responsibility of Government or the House of Commons, you could start a petition about that.
