Exempt the existing overseas health workers from the NHS fee.

What the petition asks
Introduce a Bill or Emergency Measure (whichever is appropriate) to stop the NHS fee to existing NHS, care workers and other affiliated workers (eg contract cleaners.)
These people, many of whom are in the lower pay quartile, have continued to work for the benefit of the nation as a whole in treating, caring and making premices safe.
As a gesture and to recognise this sacrifice, retracting the NHS fee for these people would show that we value their contribution in tackling this pandemic.
