Stop quarantine for non-UK visitors and UK residents.

We don't want the government to introduce quarantine in the UK. Quarantine should be introduced in March,when it was very hard,not now, when everything is back to normal. Most of us have a family living outside the UK that we want to visit during the holidays after a long stay at home and isolation.
