What the petition asks
Government figures (in positions of authority) must resign or be removed if found to be in breach of coronavirus lockdown guidance. If this is allowed to occur, it represents hypocrisy and reveals a system that caters for the elite rather than the masses
Fairness, equality and to demonstrate that those staying at home are making an incredible sacrifice that is hugely valuable.
Why it was rejected
It was about honours or appointments, which petitions cannot cover.
