What the petition asks

I want parliament to look at the situation and future of the tv license fee, there is a call for the tv license fee to be scrapped and changed to a subscription fee , tv license is a forced tax on the nation.

I want the government to give the people of this country a right to vote.

The tv license needs to be scrapped there is no future for a forced tax on the nation.
The over 75s are forced to pay for something that is freely available in other countries.
